Administrative Assistant
The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. As a member of the Strategic Growth Department, you will perform as an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the firm’s strategic growth and marketing efforts. Primarily, you will support the Chief Growth Officer of the firm and other Strategic Growth and Marketing leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and be highly organized. The administrative assistant must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. This position requires self-direction, tact, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with partners, staff, clients, and members of the community.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Strategic Growth department in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide direct support to the Chief Growth Officer and other Strategic Growth and Marketing leaders by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with the execution of various projects.
- Create, coordinate and update word documents.
- Assist in event execution as needed.
- Manage schedules and organize meetings.
- Assist in tracking new opportunities.
- Help with community engagement.
- Perform data entry projects as needed.
- Assist with coordination of client gifts and gift baskets.
- Manage tracking for new and annually reoccurring corporate sponsorships.
- Facilitate and manage tracking for award nominations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Interest in working in a marketing and communications role.
Your Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Microsoft Office proficient; with a strong skill set in Outlook, Word and Excel.
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.
